Our bespoke steel-framed windows, doors, and interior screens enhance the apartment’s opulence, making you feel like you’re right in the heart of New York living.

A cohesive collaboration between Thomas Hamel & Associates and Billy Cart Architecture, Brivana makes a statement from every angle. Our custom-made steel screens, with a selection of decorative glass inspired by the NGV Frank Lloyd Wright exhibition, enhance the intimacy of each space without compromising natural light.

Floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall steel windows and doors create the defining New York-style aesthetics. Crafted from our signature M40 steel profile, the fixed windows and French steel doors provide city views and a seamless integration out to the wraparound, tree-level terrace.

Working closely with Pittella, the door hardware was chosen to enhance the project’s overarching design intent with perfect proportions. Like a piece of treasured antique jewelry, the tumbled brass finish of the Isabella door hardware is exquisite, complementing the luxurious penthouse.
