Manufacturing + Fabrication

Our world-class overseas manufacturing facility is exclusive to Metro Steel Windows. We operate with a structured and systematic production process, ensuring consistency across every project.

Our extensive knowledge of technical design requirements, advanced manufacturing practices, and the construction industry means each project is delivered following the same rigorous, and quality-assured approach. We achieve a product tolerance of less than 2mm on approved drawing dimensions, every time.

Installation

Our steel windows and doors are manufactured for streamlined installation by our install team or yours. All products arrive at site painted, set up and arranged ready to be fixed off with pre-drilled countersunk fixings inside the glazing pocket or jamb areas.

Our installation process ensures your project runs smoothly with an impeccable finish and performance.

Glass + Glazing

Glass is never taken lightly at Metro Steel Windows. With slender sight-lines and large glazing panels, we understand that glass is just as integral to architectural
steel windows and doors as design, aesthetics and functionality.

We source only Australian-made, locally supplied glass that meets Australian Standards. Our glazing can be tailored to meet the specific energy efficiency and
acoustic performance requirements of each project.
