Blending the timeless appeal of classic W20/W40 steel profiles with the ingenuity of the Italian Secco systems, the Metro M40 system is the first of its kind and exclusive to Metro Steel Windows.
European-engineered and designed for the Australian market, the Metro M40 system sets a new benchmark in architectural steel window and door design and fabrication. Cold-rolled to European standards, the M40 range of steel profiles are precision-formed, straighter, stronger, and 35% lighter than traditional steel profiles.
The adaptable design suits both internal and external applications, offering a wide range of operable and fixed arrangements including hinged, pivot, bi-fold, sliding, casement, awning, and fixed configurations.
With narrower sight-lines, expansive uninterrupted glass spans, and exceptional thermal and acoustic performance, the Metro M40 system redefines the creative and functional boundaries of contemporary architectural steel windows and doors.
Secco OS2
Manufactured in Italy by Secco Sistemi, the OS2 system is forged from premium materials, chosen for their durability, longevity, and expressive architectural potential while also being fully recyclable and sustainable.
Cold-rolled and precision-folded, the OS2 75 thermally broken range of profiles are available in a range of materials including galvanised steel, stainless steel, Corten steel, and brass.
Engineered for projects demanding high thermal and acoustic performance, the OS2 75 profiles incorporate an integrated thermal break and deep-profile sections enabling advanced glazing solutions and strong structural integrity, without compromising sight-lines.
Developed entirely in-house via Secco. Lab, the OS2 75 profile range supports sliding, hinged, pivot, and tilt-turn configurations. Every component is engineered to ensure seamless cohesion between aesthetic design and functional performance.

We achieve a product tolerance of less than 2mm on approved drawing dimensions, every time.

Our steel windows and doors are manufactured for streamlined installation by our install team or yours. All products arrive at site painted, set up and arranged ready to be fixed off with pre-drilled countersunk fixings inside the glazing pocket or jamb areas.
