Shipping & Delivery

Metro Lifestyle provides free delivery to selected Melbourne locations and delivery to selected Victorian locations for all steel doors. Shipping is available Australia wide for Lifestyle Door Handles only. All orders are delivered to a physical address only. As the items are heavy, we require assistance to unload. Pick up orders are by appointment only from our warehouse in North Coburg, Victoria. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a suitable means for transporting goods.

Where delivery is calculated at checkout, payment in full is required at time of placing your order. Where custom delivery is required to be calculated, our team will be in contact within 2 business days and an invoice for payment provided. 

A confirmation email outlining your order will be provided via email. Please read this information carefully and if there are any discrepancies please contact orders@metrosteelwindows.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email. 

We strongly recommend against arranging installation of any goods on the estimated delivery date.

Refunds & Returns

Please order carefully as exchanges, returns and refunds are not accepted due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. Metro Steel Windows takes no responsibility for misinformation provided by third parties in relation to products ordered from Metro Steel Windows, including Metro Lifestyle.

Upon delivery, if the outer packaging is damaged please notify orders@metrosteelwindows.com.au immediately. We recommended that all deliveries be opened and inspected upon arrival. Notification of incorrect, damaged or missing goods must be notified within 7 days of receipt to orders@metrosteelwindows.com.au.

Eligible returns must be requested in writing to orders@metrosteelwindows.com.au within 30 days of receiving the order. Where appropriate all products must be returned to the Metro Steel Windows warehouse in original condition with no or no further damage. Once received at the warehouse a refund will be actioned or new product dispatched.
